Joycelyn worked me into her schedule and helped me out in a pinch more than once during my first rental season. She came with the highest recommendation, and she was everything I was told and more! Joycelyn has a very strong work ethic, does a thorough job, and takes great pride in her work; my house never looked better! Going forward, I will be using Clean & Tidy on a regularly-scheduled basis. Joycelyn and her team are amazing! She is very organized, polite, reliable and our home has never looked so clean. We have had Jocelyn and team do a deep clean of our summer cottage and they had the place looking spotless. They have also helped with weekly turnovers when we do rentals, she is always done on time and takes initiative to alert me of any issues, and has gone above and beyond to make our place ready for tenants. Cannot recommend Jocelyn and team enough!

She not only is fantastic, clean, honest, follows through, communicates updates on renters after check out, but is just trustworthy. Joycelyn and her team are excellent! They worked tirelessly for an entire day (and into the evening hours) cleaning a vacant antique home with very short notice! The house not only needed a thorough scrubbing but also a lot of attention towards delicate areas such as 250 year old preserved windows, doors, etc. A lovely team with smiles on their faces at the end of an exhausting day of work!
I've used this service a few times last year and now I booked her for the majority of my weekly changeovers. She does a very thorough job and provides feedback as she does it. She will check into little last minute details which I am grateful. Paying her is super easy as well. Glad I found her! 5 stars for sure!
Joycelyn and her team not only do great work, they are professional and trustworthy. They have been cleaning my elderly mom's apartment for several months. They are flexible and reliable and most important, they are kind and gentle with my mom! I highly recommend them.

Jocelyn and her crew are amazing! They do weekly cleanings for us when we live in the house and handle our turnovers for rentals. Joycelyn Clean & Tidy Cape Cod LLC is absolutely essential to our rentals. We started working with her a few years ago, when we needed help on busy check out days. This year, due to our growing family, we have brought her on for all of our changeovers and we couldn't be happier. Giving up the reins on cleaning was very hard for us - but Joycelyn truly cares for our space as if it is her own. Our guests continue to rave about the cleanliness of our studios. I found Jocelyn last minute to do a final cleaning on my house that i was selling, and it was the best thing I’ve ever done! She came last minute and did a fantastic job on my house! I would highly recommend her for any job! She was very professional, courteous, and very thorough! Thanks Joycelyn!
Clean & Tidy performed a very thorough cleaning of our rental property this summer. Joycelyn did a deep cleaning in June to begin the season right. Weekly cleanings in July & August. The staff is reliable and hardworking, very important to us as we manage the property ourselves. We trust their work and have hired them for 2022.
Joycelyn was recommended to me this summer and I had her start out with a deep cleaning. The results were amazing especially on a tile floor that hasn’t seen its real color in 5 years. She now comes every 2 weeks and I couldn’t be happier. And as an added bonus our Goldendoodle loves her too!

I have Joycelyn and her crew come every other week. I LOVE coming home on cleaning day! The house is sparkling and smells wonderful. Joycelyn always communicates if there is any change of scheduled times. It’s usually me who has to reschedule and she always works with me on a new time. And she loves my old goofy dog! I had Clean & Tidy come in and save me during my move last year. They arrived in a timely fashion and performed the cleaning to the highest standards. They even took photos afterward so we would have a record in the event there was any question since we had moved off Cape.
