Joycelyn and her team are amazing! She is very organized, polite, reliable and our home has never looked so clean. We have had Jocelyn and team do a deep clean of our summer cottage and they had the place looking spotless. They have also helped with weekly turnovers when we do rentals, she is always done on time and takes initiative to alert me of any issues, and has gone above and beyond to make our place ready for tenants. Joycelyn and her team are excellent! They worked tirelessly for an entire day (and into the evening hours) cleaning a vacant antique home with very short notice! The house not only needed a thorough scrubbing but also a lot of attention towards delicate areas such as 250 year old preserved windows, doors, etc. A lovely team with smiles on their faces at the end of an exhausting day of work!

I've used this service a few times last year and now I booked her for the majority of my weekly changeovers. She does a very thorough job and provides feedback as she does it. Clean & Tidy performed a very thorough cleaning of our rental property this summer. Joycelyn did a deep cleaning in June to begin the season right. Weekly cleanings in July & August. The staff is reliable and hardworking, very important to us as we manage the property ourselves. We trust their work and have hired them for 2022.
