End Of Tenancy Cleaning

Joycelyn worked me into her schedule and helped me out in a pinch more than once during my first rental season. She came with the highest recommendation, and she was everything I was told and more! Joycelyn has a very strong work ethic, does a thorough job, and takes great pride in her work; my house never looked better! Going forward, I will be using Clean & Tidy on a regularly-scheduled basis. If you're in need of a cleaning service and looking for someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and gets the job done, look no further and contact Joycelyn; you'll be glad you did!

Clean & Tidy performed a very thorough cleaning of our rental property this summer. Joycelyn did a deep cleaning in June to begin the season right. Weekly cleanings in July & August. The staff is reliable and hardworking, very important to us as we manage the property ourselves. We trust their work and have hired them for 2022.

Joycelyn was recommended to me this summer and I had her start out with a deep cleaning. The results were amazing especially on a tile floor that hasn’t seen its real color in 5 years. She now comes every 2 weeks and I couldn’t be happier. And as an added bonus our Goldendoodle loves her too!

Joycelyn and her crew are EXCEPTIONAL! Professional, trustworthy, friendly, and very hard-working. They started us off with a deep clean and we are now on the regular schedule. They are priced well & do such an amazing job!

They do a great job cleaning in between renters and communicating with us! Highly recommend!

I had Clean & Tidy come in and save me during my move last year. They arrived in a timely fashion and performed the cleaning to the highest standards. They even took photos afterward so we would have a record in the event there was any question since we had moved off Cape. I wish Joycelyn was here in North Carolina because I could use her expeditious, superb and trustworthy services here!

We struggled to find a reliable cleaning service for our summer home until we started working with Clean & Tidy. Their work is of high quality, they confirm the appointments the night before and they communicate well through phone calls and text messaging. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Clean & Tidy.

We are very happy with the details of your work, we finally found a good cleaning service in you, we are eager to recommend to our friends, Congratulations

Clean and Tidy really went above our expectations. We had had a flood and new construction followed and Jocelyn and her team made our home sparkle again. Jocelyn was so accomodating with our time line and was able to help us get ready in time to welcome guests even though we couldn't be there. Couldn't have done it without their thorough attention to detail. I will call them again for sure! Becky M., Cotuit

Joycelyn and her team are excellent! They worked tirelessly for an entire day (and into the evening hours) cleaning a vacant antique home with very short notice! The house not only needed a thorough scrubbing but also a lot of attention towards delicate areas such as 250 year old preserved windows, doors, etc. A lovely team with smiles on their faces at the end of an exhausting day of work!
